Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal directly through our website

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

AnimationShops.com uses SSL encryption to protect your credit card information. This software prevents anyone from intercepting and reading data being transferred between you, as the customer and our retailer database. When a computer forms a secure connection over the Internet, the communication protocol used is called SSL. You will know that a secure connection has been established because a picture of a key or a closed padlock will appear at the bottom of the browser screen. Another way to verify that a secure connection has been established is that the URL will begin with https//: rather than http:// located in the address window.

Can I place an order with a money order or check?

Yes and No. Unfortunately we do not accept checks but we do accept money orders. In order to make a purchase with a money order please follow these directions:

  • Browse the website for the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
  • After adding all of the items into your shopping cart, hit checkout and enter your billing and shipping information, leave payment information blank. 
  • Copy the shopping cart page and e-mail it to: info@animationshops.com The order will not be processed without this e-mail. We will then e-mail you the order confirmation details. 
  • Mail a copy of the order confirmation along with the money order made payable to Animation Shops, to the following address:

  • Money order payments must be received within 7 business days or order will be canceled. Orders ship within 48 hrs of Animation Shops receiving payment.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, from time to time we will offer special promotional discounts to newsletter subscribers. The advantage of subscribing to our newletter or following us on facebook, is that you will be notified, of these special offers and discounts.

Do you make the shirts you sell?

No. We buy our merchandise from professional vendors. We buy the merchandise because we do not own the rights to the characters. We buy these items from the license holders who hold the rights to the characters.

Do you have a size chart?

Because our merchandise is supplied by different vendors it is impossible to have a standard size chart. A general sizing guide has been provided to assist you with your sizing questions. You can find the size chart on any of the product pages, just above the add to cart button. Please remember use this as a guide only.

What is the charge for shipping an item and how long does it take?

Within the United States, UPS or United States Postal Service are our carriers of choice. The cost of shipping varies according to the weight and the destination of the item(s). To get the actual shipping price simply add the product(s) you would like to the shopping cart, then go to your cart for the totals. Once there you will see estimate shipping, click on it and proceed to enter your information you will then be given an estimate on all the services available to your destination before you place an order. The United States Postal Service will be used for any orders shipped to PO boxes, APO or FPO as well as for international shipping. We ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Usually most orders will ship the same day they are received. The amount of time it will take for your order to arrive at your location can be found on the chart below.

Please note that the date of shipment is not counted as a separate business day. For example, if you are in a 3 day zone and your package is shipped on Monday you will receive the package on Thursday.

Do you ship internationally? If so, to which countries?

Yes. Please allow up to 2 business days to download, verify and pack your order. Shipping time begins then and usually takes 5 to 10 business days to reach most destinations outside of the US. However, with the increase in security and a decrease in flights packages might take longer to arrive.

How does the currency conversion work?

All of Animation Shops prices are listed in US dollars. Your credit card company will convert your currency into US dollars and then charge you in your own currency. Usually there is a 1-2 percent fee that your credit card company will charge you for the currency conversion.

Do you have a mail catalog?

At this time we do not have a catalog available.

Do you have a Newsletter?
