I just wanted to tell you that I was very pleased with your company! I placed an order on Tuesday, and had to call customer service a couple of times with questions. Both times my questions were answered and I felt like my business was important to you. I ordered five Sesame Street shirts for my husband, myself, and our kids to wear to my son's first birthday party this Saturday. It was a last minute idea, and I wasn't sure if it would even be possible to get the shirts in time. I paid for priority mail to speed up the shipping process, but I was still a little leary if they would show up in time. I called your customer service department and explained to the gentleman that took my call how it important it was to receive them by Friday. He took my name and told me that as soon as my order came in he would make sure it shipped immediatly. He emailed me promptly letting me know that my order was on the way. It is not often that you find a company that goes the extra mile for their customers, so I just wanted to say thank you. Our shirts arrived today, and I can't wait to wear them to the party!
